He was born in Denizli in 1966. He studied at the Istanbul Çapa Faculty of Dentistry. He graduated from the Istanbul Çapa Faculty of Dentistry in 1988. After graduating, he worked in his own private practice. He founded the Private Sefa Dalbudak Oral and Dental Health Clinic in 2013.
He received advanced training in implant surgery, aesthetic dentistry, and orthodontics both domestically and internationally.
He is a member of the Orthodontic Association. During his clinical work, both during and after his school years, he attended over 300 congresses, courses, scientific seminars, and meetings.
