Patient Rights

1. The right to benefit from services: Every individual who applies to our center has the right to benefit from all services, regardless of language, religion, race, or sect. Our patients have the right to be informed about the services offered.

2. The right to information and consent: Our patients have the right to receive information about the risks and benefits of medical treatments and interventions in a language and method they understand. Our patients have the right to be clearly informed about the hospital's mission.

3. The right to know, choose, and change personnel: Our patients have the right to know, choose, and change the identities, duties, and titles of the healthcare professionals involved in their treatment.

4. The right to choose and change the institution: Our patients have the right to choose and change the healthcare institution or institution, provided that the procedures and conditions stipulated by the applicable legislation are adhered to.

5. The right to refuse and discontinue treatment: Except in cases legally mandated, and provided that the patient bears responsibility for any adverse consequences, the patient has the right to refuse or request the discontinuation of any planned or ongoing treatment.

6. Right to Privacy: Our patients have the right to receive services in a confidential environment throughout the entire treatment process. Our hospital maintains confidentiality of all patient information, even after death, except as required by law.

7. Right to be respected: Our patients have the right to be examined and treated in a respectful, compassionate, and friendly environment, always and under all circumstances, with their personal dignity protected, as the most important indicator of the sensitivity we displayed when naming our Center.

8. Right to Request a Consultation (Second Opinion): Our patients have the right to consult a consultant physician regarding their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant physician recommends treatment, but the patient's primary physician approves the procedure.

9. Right to Exercise Religious Obligations: Our patients have the right to freely exercise their religious obligations, regardless of religious affiliation, as long as it does not interfere with treatment.

10. Right to Security: Everyone has the right to expect and desire safety in healthcare facilities. Our hospital takes the necessary precautions to protect and ensure the safety of patients and their relatives, such as visitors and companions. Mutual assistance is provided for our own safety and that of our hospital. Appropriate protective measures have been implemented at our center for children, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly (alone, in need of care, and without a companion).

11. Right to Have Companions and Visitors: Our patients have the right to receive visitors and have companions in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital, depending on their medical condition.

12. Right to Complaints/Comments and Suggestions: If a patient or their family complains about the services provided, our hospital will investigate the matter in accordance with patient rights principles, make every effort to resolve the matter, and explain the outcome to the patient and their family to resolve any grievances.

13. Healthcare Institution Rules and Practices: Our patients have the right to be informed about the hospital rules and practices that apply to them.
