1. Providing information: Our patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their condition to the physician and supporting healthcare personnel responsible for providing medical services.

Compliance with recommendations: Our patients are responsible for adhering to the treatment plan recommended by the physician responsible for their treatment and for accepting the implementation of the care plan by the relevant healthcare personnel in accordance with the physician's instructions.
3. Refusing planned treatment: Our patients are responsible for the consequences of refusing the treatment planned by their physician.
4. Compliance with healthcare institution rules: Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of our healthcare institution.
5. Respect: Our patients are responsible for complying with the hospital's precautions and regulations regarding any disturbances, such as noise, visitors, or smoke, that endanger patients and their families within the healthcare institution.
6. Infection control: Our patients and their families are responsible for adhering to all recommended precautions to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
7. Payment responsibility: Our patients are responsible for paying their examination and treatment expenses. Patients and their families who intentionally damage fixtures and consumables are responsible for paying the costs.
8. Patient Visitors: Our patients are responsible for allowing as few visitors as possible at a time, not using other patients' belongings, not bringing food or drink, and adhering to hospital visiting hours.
Visitor Policy
Patients seeking outpatient diagnosis and treatment are asked to be accompanied only by one (1) relative. The relative is asked to enter and wait in examination rooms only when called by the relevant staff.
