Patient Responsibilities

1. Providing Information: Our patients are obligated to provide complete and accurate information about their condition to the doctor and auxiliary healthcare personnel responsible for providing medical services.

2. Following Recommendations: Our patients are obligated to follow the treatment plan recommended by the doctor responsible for their treatment and to accept the implementation of the care plan by the relevant healthcare personnel in accordance with the doctor's instructions.

3. Refusing Planned Treatment: Our patients are responsible for the consequences arising from refusing the treatment planned by their doctor.

4. Complying with Healthcare Facility Rules: Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and procedures of our healthcare facility.

5. Showing Respect: Our patients are responsible for acting in accordance with the measures and rules taken by the hospital in situations that endanger other patients and their relatives, such as noise, visitors, and smoke within the healthcare facility.

6. Infection Control: Our patients and their relatives are responsible for being sensitive to all recommended precautions to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

7. Responsibility for Payment: Our patients are responsible for paying for examination and treatment expenses. Patients and their relatives who intentionally damage equipment and supplies are responsible for paying for these damages.

8. Patient Visitors: Patient visitors are responsible for allowing as few visitors as possible at the same time, not using other patients' belongings, not bringing food or drinks, and adhering to hospital visiting hours.

Visitor Policy

For outpatient diagnosis and treatment, patients are requested to be accompanied by only 1 (one) family member. Family members are only allowed to enter examination rooms and wait when called by the relevant staff.
