Patient Rights

1. Right to Access Services: Every individual applying to our center has the right to access all services without discrimination based on language, religion, race, or sect. Our patients have the right to be informed about the services offered.

2. Right to Information and Consent: Our patients have the right to receive information about the risks and benefits of medical treatments and interventions performed on them, in a language and method they can understand. Our patients have the right to be clearly informed about the hospital's mission.

3. Right to Know, Choose, and Change Personnel: Our patients have the right to know the identities, duties, and titles of the healthcare professionals involved in their treatment, and to choose and change them.

4. Right to Choose and Change Institution: Our patients have the right to choose and change healthcare institutions, provided that the procedures and conditions stipulated by the applicable legislation are complied with.

5. Right to Refuse and Discontinue Treatment: Except in legally mandatory cases, and with the responsibility for any negative consequences resting with the patient, the patient has the right to refuse or request the discontinuation of treatment planned or being administered.

6. Right to Privacy (Confidentiality): Our patients have the right to receive services in a private environment throughout their treatment process. Except for legal requirements, all information belonging to our patients is protected in a confidential manner, even after death.

7. Right to Respect: Our patients have the right to receive examinations and treatment in a respectful, compassionate, and friendly environment, with their personal dignity protected, at all times and under all circumstances, as a significant indicator of the sensitivity we demonstrate in naming our center after you.

8. Right to Consultation (Second Opinion): Our patients have the right to request a consultant physician regarding their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant physician recommends treatment, but the patient's primary physician must approve the procedure.

9. Right to Practice Religious Obligations: Our patients have the right to freely practice their religious obligations, regardless of religious differences, as long as it does not interfere with treatment.

10. Right to Security: Everyone has the right to expect and demand to be safe in a healthcare institution. Our hospital takes the necessary measures to protect and ensure the safety and security of patients and their relatives, such as visitors and companions. Mutual assistance is provided for the safety of both patients and the hospital. Appropriate protective measures have been taken in our center for children, disabled individuals, and the elderly (those who are alone, in need of care, or without a companion).

11. Right to have a companion and visitors: Our patients have the right to receive visitors and have a companion in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital based on their medical condition.

12. Right to complain/submit opinions and suggestions: If a patient or their family has a complaint about the services provided, our hospital will investigate the matter within the framework of patient rights principles, resolve the issue, explain the result to the patient and their family, and strive to remedy any grievances.

13. Healthcare institution rules and practices: Our patients have the right to be informed about the hospital rules and practices that will apply to them.
